How long are Mo’Nice offers valid for?
The offers are valid for a specified number of days, customers need to check the validity of each offer prior to purchasing any offer and confirm that they agree to the purchase by selecting the “confirm” option on the USSD platform.
Will any unused data, airtime or minutes be carried over?
There will be no carry over once the data/minutes/airtime bundle expires.
Is the promotional airtime, data or minutes transferable?
Promotional items (data/airtime/minutes) are not transferable.
What can I NOT use the promotional airtime for?
